Abstract Cardiac adrenergic imaging has a great potential in a wide variety of clinical applications. Cardiac 123I-meta-iodobenzylguanidine (123I-mIBG) scintigraphy has a key role to assess chronic heart failure (CHF) by risk stratifying patients for cardiac events.
