Abstract Introduction Intraoperative hypotension (IOH) is a frequent complication associated with adverse cardiovascular, cerebral, and renal outcomes, with increased mortality. Recent evidence indicates that cumulative exposure time to hypotension is a significant factor, related to both the duration and severity of hypotensive episodes.
